      A company of work-a-holics, so low priority for employee work life balance Poor management of HR policies and payroll related employee concerns High visibility with senior management and key personnel needed to move up.

      Good number of Annual Leaves Good Spectrum of Technologies and even wider after Satyam takeover Enough employee strength in projects

      Huge politics and favouritism. Poor Salaries and salary hikes. No rationalization of salaries. No regards/consideration for employees likings in terms of work. Totally lost and uninformed Managers. High on ego managers or can we say dictators. Appraisal process is totally crap, no review of Managers by their subordinates. People can boot-lick their way up. No onsite opportunity
