      It not a product based company. So the level of work is below par. And you wont get to work with thw latest technologies

      onsite opportunities are good, sharda center office is very accessible. no work stress or overtimes. very good telecom domain exposure.

      Cons

      salary is little below average as compared to industry standard, some units have low work load & lots of politics.
