      Pros

      It was a great learing experience as a a fresher. Good exposure to work, good support system and learning advantanges. Open work environment, flow of thoughts and information.

      Cons

      Movement within the teams is limited.

      Pros

      Okay place to work in case you are unable to find a job anywhere else. Its a shame, but dont have much to say here.

      Cons

      False commitments, Low employee morale overall, No employee benefits, Unfair and disrespectful Management. After working for a couple of years - I not found quality of resources in the company, especially the Sr Mgmt. Unethical measures to retain employees and contracts.

      IT was good as fresher as it goes all the politics and partiality working has become bit more dissatisfied. Not consider for employee satisfaction no concern for employee location preferences

      IT was good as fresher.as didnt have any other option for freshers. trainings provided are very good and very informative. will get onsite opportunities very soon if you keep praising the managers and do as he says and mainly if u work in pune
