      Good Colleagues, Environment to work is good. albeit it is true for one of the building number

      Cons

      Facilities like restaurants, gymnasium can be improved to handle the scale of employees present there. Job upgrade is minimal. career progression is via referral mouth only.

      Dont join TechM if you want growth both Financially or in Career. Its a Lala company

      Pros

      They have many clients so lot of opportunities exist within the company. Everyone is approachable, even the top leaders As long as you are billable you wont be removed from the job.

      Cons

      1. Salary hikes are very low, at a max you will get 5% if you are lucky 2. No fix time when the annual increment happens, management keep delaying it. 3. Growth is exceptionally slow at higher levels 4. Too many processes and red tape, nothing moves fast
