HR and Finance team is not reachable and will not supportive There is no proper trainings and career growth buttering and bucketing works more than talent and dedication to get opportunity... Salary part I don't want comment as you will not get anything once you join this organization... I never ever recommend this to any of my friends

No infrastructure No Support They will lie to clients about resumes and experience to win a bid No reinvestment into their facilities to improve or widen their capabilities Terrible for US recruits Do not follow OSHA regulations Try to force employees to work hours they are not paid for They have no concept on what project management actually is Many "PM's" will take credit for things their team does and not pass it on Many "PM's" will take the opportunity to make anyone else look bad so they can try to get ahead Lack of planning, foresight, vision, and long term goals. They have no 5-year plan Low employee morality, almost everyone is looking for a new job There are many, many more...
