      There are no pros working for this company.

      Cons

      I have worked for them for over 2 years and never have a performance review. Yet I am required to submit goals and an annual and semi-annual personal review. I am also told to lie and check the box in the review software saying that I had a review with my manager. I am listed as a software developer in the HR software because they don't had my actual job title in the system and are too cheap to add it. As a result any mandated training I have to take is software related which is not what I do.

      Pros

      OT is allowed which helps with the low hourly pay.

      Cons

      At current, I have been in my role for over 2 1/2 years and have yet to receive 1 cent extra in my hourly rate. This is the same for my fellow Tech M coworkers with the deskside team. Tech M does not treat US employees the same as the do in India. No mentoring, just so so benefits, No matching 401K.
