      Pros

      Flexible, understanding to a certain degree.

      Cons

      Sexual harassment, harder you work the stricter they get on you, no real promotions or advancement. Raises are a joke, yet one should be thankful for the 1% increase. Expected to constantly go above and beyond job duties hired for.

      None to think off. My advise is to avoid at all cost, if you don't want to ruin your career and attitude.

      Cons

      Management only knows how to deal with H1 visa holders from India because, they are slaves and at Tech Mahindra's mercy. Don't have a clue about dealing with experienced professionals. I am an Indian, who came to the US to study in the 70's and I could not tolerate them. I guess, one must have worked in India to understand the colonial mentality. World changed after second world and the collapse of the British empire. Britain changed, but Indian managers have not. Lowest price is not a long term winning strategy. My MBA, professor used to say being the low cost provider and cutting cost (the denominator), is a sure route bankruptcy.

      Employee personal life considerations. Options available for entry level engineers, software engineers to augment their skills sets

      Cons

      Salary corrections are bad, no hikes for all last 3 yrs. Middle Management roles are even bad.. no scope / room for a change. No visibility on the Organization growth plan alignment to individual growth plan.
