Usually work will not be hectic Lucky guys get a chance to go abroad(onsite) Compensation is good for lateral joinees(which will get to below average levels over the years)

Pay hikes are poor for ppl who have joined as freshers Even after 5 to 6 years of service, career growth is poor The projects keep changing
