      never work for tech mahindra if you have something better to do

      Pros

      the only pro was that they trained us for 3 months and was located in a good city. everything other than that was complete waste.

      Cons

      everything .management favors telugu people, no increament in 2+ years, projects where you can learn or show ability are very few. its a sinking ship and better not board it. they never increase the pay rate and never try to retain senior developers. they pay less than a cab driver to senior developer
