1. Management is very good. They are prompt in paying your salary. They hear to your problems and suggest you right approach to be market ready. 2. DICEIt is a matured organization with all senior resources playing the key positions. 3. Greatly help you survive, thrive during recession and market issue days 4. I have never heard of employers helping out associates during job changing phases, visa issue days, client side challenges. Cons
1. Intially the organization was slow in releasing commuter benefits etc such options for employees to save, but now they have caught up on that too by releasing every opportunity to it's employees. so, literally zero cons.
