      Pros

      TechProjects is a great place to work. The company is very transparant and is well run by the owner and management. The company is highly process oriented and are very thorough in documentation. They take proper care of its employees and always ensure the employment eligibility is correctly maintained. Company HR policies are very people oriented and they ensure the employee is well taken care of when at client side.
