The poeple of TechSoup inspire me every day. Employees are committed to building technology capacity in the nonprofit sector and we carry the responsibility of helping those who need us most seriously. Collegues are quick to help each other, learn from failures, and celebrate team successes. TechSoup is truly a special place!

Cons

A remote working environment has wonderful advantages and TechSoup does create remote opportunities for us to come together in "All Staff" meetings and training sessions but we do not often gather as an organization in-person.
