Many committed and smart employees, very interesting mission and organizational model. Lots of variety in the day-to-day. Lots of leeway to try new things.

Cons

Poor cross-functional communication and churn. Lack of well-defined strategic direction. CEO is difficult to work with and too involved in minutiae.
