Pros
Fast-paced, innovative company with an incredible culture and leadership - nothing beats a growing start-up environment. What I love most about working here are the people, and the high intelligence with with the business is steered.
Cons
No cons, but advice: I interned here, and gained my first full-time employment position right after graduating from UC Berkeley. If you're hired fresh out of college, you need to be prepared to relax, learn to have fun with work instead of treating work like... studying by yourself in a library. Remove any fear and guess work; your team is there to help you.

Pros
Young, passionate and rapidly growing company founded by two proven entrepreneurs who have invested as much emotionally as they have financially. As a Sales Development Rep you are given all the tools necessary to succeed and your success is purely based on performance instead of politics.
Cons
The open office floor-plan which helps to create the unique culture is not ideal for those easily distracted.
