While just beyond startup, it still very much has the look and feel of a start up, with plenty of opportunity to grow and influence the direction of the company. Employees are highly valued, there is a lot of training that is put into employees, and you are well compensated for your efforts. It is a great business model that promises continued growth.
Cons
This is a company operates in a niche market so growth is steady, but not explosive. There is no competition, which means customers don't always understand what it is or how it works, new space means new challenges.
