- No bull, flat, merit-based heiarchy - ideas come from everywhere, be it interns or mgmt - Casual start-up/tech feel, with hard working, invested, and super intelligent people - Awesome founders and management who invest in employee development - they trust you and give you a lot of responsibility, with a very low latency of direct feedback - which helps you learn at a hyper-accelerated rate. - Fun culture, active/outdoorsy, intellectually curious people - Quick routes to advancement if you're good
Cons
- office is in Berkeley (commute from SF isn't bad - 30 min, but not ideal)
