To my surprise, I see so many negative reviews posted, it is actually not that bad. From the software development point of view, I see it differently. 1: the team will help you grow and you will grow fast. 2: you have the opportunities to work on different aspects in development. from front end to back end, JavaScript, C++, .Net, different kinds of database, networking, system configuration, release management, windows service, web service/API, web server, desktop client, distributed system... you name it. If you are the one who is willing to learn to handle (or is able to handle) the complex development environment, you will like the place.
