- people of techland ( energy, engagement, dedication) - industry - the oldest studio in Poland ( experts building industry working next to you) - stability ( stable headcount growth for years) - ambition among all levels of company - name means more than job title

Cons

- this is not place for everyone, if you look for predictibility, hierarchy, full clarity of goals - you might not be happy here

Management has absolutely no understanding about how to develop a video game. What’s even more frustrating is that there are so many developers there who bring strong development experiences but are ignored or not encouraged to help improve processes. A lot of political jockeying between departments leads to mediocre collaboration and an overall poor quality product.
