Pros

As a contractor in the field, this was a great place to work! Management does not micro-manage but does support you when issues are brought to them. Great salary. Benefits are good; of course, Medical changes yearly for the worse, but other benefits remained strong, including added days to vacation after 5 years.

Cons

Not a strong bench process; when contracts end, some employees are placed, if other contracts are missing personnel, but others lose their job as there is nothing in the queue for them to move to. There was a lot of turnover in the office staff. It was hard to keep up with who was still there.
