Good salary and benefits, in general.

Upper management did not follow through on promises of salary increase and did not act upon complaints about team members and resources.

Pros

Great benefits. Management was great! I was a remote employee, and I had a great time working for this company. I was especially lucky with my supervisors. They were excellent mentors and helped me advance in my career. And they were never stingy with giving me credit or going the extra mile to put in for bonuses for me!

Cons

Wish my contract did not need so I could have continued to work for this company.
