      - autonomy - frequent and public recognition of accomplishments - salary and benefits, for a small firm like this

      - this is still consulting, so hours can get crazy some weeks, or even months

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, committed and dedicated peers.

      Cons

      Must commit to working “elevation” hours (4 hours per week) in addition to regular client work, most individuals struggle to meet this requirement. The promotion ladder is also unclear and inconsistent. Salaries seem to range widely within a particular position (consultant) despite similar experiences. You must fiercely advocate for yourself to secure a promotion/ salary increase.

      Good pay and benefits and some smart people. Lot's of work from home. Lots of training opportunities.

      Cons

      A bit disjointed with everyone working from home. Consultant work requires more proving that you are working than actually doing the work.
