World Leader in a one-of-a-kind product

Cons

No concept of reality here. Managers hired by friends with ZERO experience. Middle Mgmnt demands pointless tasks. Floor employees treated poorly. Engineering Employees given no opportunities. Quality treated as an afterthought.
