      Pros

      There are a lot of good people working there. The culture is great. Work/life balance was great.

      Cons

      The business is failing slowly. Lay offs. Corporate situation takes away from employee benefits more and more. Use to be a great company. Now the pay is less than average for the work and people are still getting laid off.

      Pros

      Amazing work-life balance, great support functions (medical benefits, HR), wonderful and clean facilities and top of the line equipment provided. Depending on your job, opportunities to travel are a great learning experience in the workplace.

      Cons

      Benefits such as holiday gifts, raises, promotions have been decreasing for the past 3 years. I have considered leaving a couple of times due to not getting compensated for the continuous hard work that is required.
