Management leads an unethical process and HR is unreliable and not trustworthy.

Despite merger, morale is low from department to department. I had 5 of my friends and co-workers leave within the last 3 months. I'm thinking about the same. -Socialistic bonus structure (everyone gets the same no matter how hard you worked) -Promotions are halt for 2 years -No incentive for hard work -There was no raise for 3 years now, and there are way too many managers still.
