OK work life balance (dependent on project / department) Good pay Good benefits (from single person perspective) Good experience in industry (dependent on department)
Cons
No foresight (project by project focus with rare coordination between projects for company benefit) Management / leadership seem apposed to a continual improvement mentality and are more complacent (hear "it is what it is" a lot) Training and regional meetings seem cult-ish, like many have drank the kool-aid (I was rebuked for what was perceived as negative criticism during a "rate the company" exercise during internal training when providing an honest opinion of areas I thought needed improvement)
