      Pros

      -Good work / life balance. -Flexi timing is allowed. -One year training (rotational training in all department including three months site training) will be provided if you are hired through campus placement. -Good work culture. -Best company for career starting. -Internal movement within the organisation is possible. -Site visits are possible during the course of project.

      Cons

      -Less salary package when compared with market standards. -Performance appraisal is not transparent. -Favouritism is predominant.
