      dynamic work environment and ample opportunities to learn and grown

      lack of work-life balance, company core values subject to change and rarely evidenced in employee actions, lack of controls and training to better business processes and employee development, salary too low for responsibilities and work performed, bonus was severely lacking in comparison to competitors
