      Pros

      Legacy FMC policies were good. Currently they are integrating with Technips's policy after the merger, which doesnt look like a step towards better future.

      Cons

      Pay is not upto market standards. A bit of racism and politics is present too (atleast in Singapore office). Very difficult to grow up the ladder unless you are a South east Asian or European.

      Good company benefits with insurance, dental, service awards and number of leave.

      Cons

      Downsizing and Management Changes towards more localized environment. Very lean in terms of company size and low or no increment due to weak oil and gas market.
