      If you don't have experience It is a good place to learn through the projects. Confortable offices In general, good collegues

      Cons

      Through the years you can learn, have more knoweldges and capabilities then more productive but your salary will be the same or a bit more. In projects the deadlines and planning are fixed but are not well defined the scope of your tasks. So probably you will be in rush working extra time not always payed. In a long term there are not possibilities to develope your skills or improve the form what you do it.
