      Pros

      The company has great core values and has a great culture overall. Technip definitely supports employees and has a great open door policy. They also have a lot of perks like, on-site clinic, dentist, bank, and gyms & deli in each tower, oh and great benefits too. Also, 9/80 work schedule.

      Cons

      Your manager/supervisor definitely hold the keys to your career. They can either offer managerial support to ensure you are being set up for success within the company or hinder your growth despite how talented you are.

      Great company until everyone left

      Pros

      There was a huge base of knowledge and experience in Subsea until they all left for other companies. Benefits were good, a lot of hours during mobilization, pay was very good.

      Cons

      Most people left do not know what their job is.
