Pros

Great work environment, earned autonomy, management staff that really cares, team environment, lucrative commission, no quotas or caps, and amazing people to work with.

Cons

This is not the environment for entitled brats. This is an old school sales environment. It's a grind/reward company. So it's really not a con to TechniPower.. More of a con to entitled people who think that they should be handed something/recognized for less work.

If you are a great liar, cheater, and overall backs tabbed you will fit in with all management until it's their turn to step on you to get a raise or some praise.

Cons

Lowest Salary Around Horrible MicroManagerment Fear-based firing tactics mixed with "you are below me mentality" Very high turnover - management stays in power as they bring in new blood and take their new accounts after they fire them.
