Pros

They deliver what they commit to employees .Honest People. Feel lucky to be part of techno-comp. I am working as H1B professional , didn't faced any issue related to immigration (Credit goes Sundari) , GC processing or related to work. Their medical plan is also good for family.

Cons

As far as i know they have 2-3 major(direct client) , should increase number of direct clients.

Pros

Good HR team, responds on time. Provides all the paper work for immigration. Got my H1b approved within a month without any RFE. Pays well on time.

Pros

I am Full-time employee at Techno-Comp Inc for 2yrs now. Very good staff, benefits are good and perfectly taken care of each employee. I have experienced no non-sense attitude with Techno-Comp Inc. They are so good with H1B documentation that, my H1B (not premium) is approved without any RFE in a month. Same happened to my colleagues as well. I really thank them for caring my career. Any questions or concerns are cleared with just one phone call or an email. Thank you Techno-Comp inc.
