Pass on this company, they don't have a great team or managers

Client is from telecom domain that's direct to this company. If you want long breaks you can work with this company. A girl who newly joined this company,told me that it's a time pass company.
Cons
You won't see people interract to each other. There is no floor manager who can solve your issues. Account managers aren't innovative, neither their seniors working from many years. They will steal your placements and give it to seniors, and say we got it through referrals. They pay crappy incentives just 1k in the market, worst as per industry standards. No benefits. No cubical systems in their india recruiting office, you will have to see everyone face while working as no privacy if you are a girl. The level of interview they take is I'm matured even a fresher can crack it. Cafeteria is so small, with dirty maintenance. They don't provide snacks/tea. They don't have a helper in the office. They don't clean desks, you have to do it. They don't provide cab facilities to female employees. They have only one client, that they can't manage properly. No team outings/morale boosting activities. Celebration of birthdays only after office hours. They don't show proper deductions in salary slip. Be careful while accepting offer, they add Employer PF into your CTC and they will forcefully pay you of. They do fradulant activities like, if an employee has 20k/pm salary they give him ESI and pay a check of 15k separately which is not as per law.
