Pros

Quick turnaround time for any open item. Professional and helpful. Would not mind working through them for any clients.

Cons

3% Salary hike request after an year of service was ignored and instead when client cut billing rate there was a 3% pay cut.

I have been working with techno comp from almost 6 years. This company is good at immigration matters. Very transparent about the rate and good at salary hikes. Quick response from HR team for any questions or concerns. Once the current project ends, marketing team could get you the new project immediately.

Cons

I do not see any cons. I did not have any issue with them. They will take good care about immigration matters

1. Very transparent and Trustworthy/Best Employer to work 2. Friendly Management and very prompt on everything (HR services like leaves, health insurance, salary hikes, Next Job assignment/Marketing etc), timely updates 3. I was working at Techno Comp (More than 2 years) and re-joined at Techno Comp. Hope you can understand, how the employer is.
