Pros

Work place is friendly and flexible. Driven management - Understands the goals-short and long term. Inclusivity and employee engagement is good. Very easy going, no pressure at the same time easy to climb up if you want to and can perform. You can ask for something to be changed and management is open to listen. Incentives etc are on par but not the best

Cons

Diversity could be improved. Cab facility not available Health benefits are forgettable, probably the worst part about the company. Salary date should be 1st of the month instead of 5th.
