Business Outlook
Pros
1. Management is good, understanding, quite helpful. As its a mid size company compared to others, the CEO/COO teams, people managers, HR and every one knows each other, this creates a friendly environment. 2. Their technology grasp, especially in React & Java is highly exceptional. 3. Lot of learning resources (even the paid ones) are available to people, I havent seen this even is larger orgs.
Cons
Not much, I see them plugging small gaps that anyway come from growing pains and market impacts. They are ready to sit down take feedback, work & fix things both in terms of product/IT delivery and people.
