      Pros

      - The IT World is a tough business... but when you have people that are like family to go thru it with you, it really makes you want to get up and be successful - Giving plenty of autonomy and support to "run your own business"

      Cons

      - The VAR / Reseller market is the only downside

      Pros

      What a great company! Went to work there over 5 years ago and never regretted this decision. These are forward thinkers who really offer a good work/life balance. They are family oriented and put family in front of everything. Pay is very very generous and aligned with the type of work I do. All employees are like family and get along well inside and outside the office!

      Cons

      There is not a single thing wrong with this company. I hope to grow into management one day and retire from Technologent!

      Nice looking office and some very capable and lovely people.

      Cons

      It's a shame that a few insecure people in upper management want to ruin it for everyone.
