Pros
The executive team really has an open-door policy across the board. They really care about and value their employees and it shows through various recognition opportunities and rewards. Technologent has consistently been able to grow revenues from 50M to almost 300M in just 5 years and it's because of our strong leadership team and the family like culture and atmosphere they've created. I feel lucky to be part of such a forward thinking and proactive company in the industry. Technologent management really stresses the importance of work-life balance.
Cons
Communication could be better between business units internally, but overall Tom Gallaway along with the rest of the executive leadership team strive to be as transparent as possible.
