      Decent salary although not fair Benefits were ok Remote work was available Staff was nice

      Cons

      Management unorganized Have to negotiate salary too much Have cameras watching you Environment/morale was not positive or encouraging

      Pros

      The people you work with on government contracts are usually good to work with. 3 weeks PTO for new employees

      Cons

      Insurance is almost un-affordable if you need it for your family. Takes 5 years to fully vest in your 401k , they do have a match of 3-4 % though. Pretty much no annual pay raises or cost of living adjustments. Takes quit a bit of time to earn more PTO
