The ESOP plan is amazing, especially once you're fully vested. The health insurance was the best I've ever had. The project was interesting and important.

Cons

After a corporate restructuring there was a massive shift in personalities. A significant amount of red tape was added to our day to day. Slow and small pay raises. If they can hire recently retired military to do your job they will. Not because it's the right thing to do but because military retirees take a lower than average salary because they're making 100% pension at the same time. The newer management (last four years) leads with a big stick and fired a lot of people. Seemingly to display authority.
