Employee owned culture = Make an impact regardless of role/position, financially benefit from company performance, team mentality, ability to work with anyone from the CEO down. - Employee ownership will build wealth at a young age. - Opportunities everywhere, the sky is the limit (but will take effort) Fortunate to have joined Technomics out of school.

Cons

No standout cons. Not saying Technomics is perfect in every way, but when there is an issue, it is typically addressed. If you have an issue, you will be heard.

Pros

Working and interacting with my fellow employee-owners is what I like most about Technomics. The trusting, collaborative, and friendly culture of all roles (i.e. Junior Level, Senior Level, Senior Leadership) make working at Technomics very enjoyable and help me grow professionally. I am always able to have open, honest, and purposeful conversations on project tasks or my career progression. Also, being able to interact with fellow EO’s at Technomics social events helps foster a welcoming culture.

Cons

Due to COVID, at times I've felt isolated over the past 12 months.
