I love the employee ownership aspect of this company. More thought is put into maintaining and developing its employees with great benefits and a family culture. Plenty of opportunities to work on new projects and new skills. Hybrid work schedule, Flexibility. Nice home office. Employee Stock Ownership program.

Cons

Culture of hard work and excellence. Overtime is encouraged.
