Good pay, overtime is paid, and free medical and dental insurance a plus. The office is stocked with snacks, soda, beer, and happy hours are always fun. Beyond the benefits, the work itself is rewarding, with interesting projects and mentorship opportunities available for those who want it.

Cons

The CEO makes it clear during interviews that advancement here requires more than just putting in eight hours a day.

Pros

Nice office, provides snacks, and pretty good benefits. Close to the metro for an easy commute.

Cons

The company consist of many new college hires, which means this is their first real job. If you have a good amount of experience or are seasoned in your career it can be a bit chaotic when it comes to work place politics. Very competitive environment for no reason. When people should just work together and get the job done. Here people will only go out of their way to help their friends or those they like. Some in leadership can be manipulative and will act on rumors and hearsay without checking the facts or having a proper conversation.
