Decent benefits, company is passionate about its field of work, recent hiring of a new president and turnover of HR leadership sounds like it has been a positive step forward.

Cons

Horrible company culture fostered by upper management. Bad mouthing and undermining of coworkers for personal gain was tolerated and encouraged. Disagreeing views on company policy were encouraged but resulted in punishment if you spoke up. Incompetent people were kept in upper management for far too long. Favoritism is played towards anyone who attended a particular university.

Young environment with happy hours and a modern office. They provide people early in their careers with many responsibilities and leadership opportunities.

Cons

Bit of a toxic environment. Not a great place for women. Management is terrible and some of the higher ups have a reputation for being sexist and treating women poorly. 30/70 ratio of women to men and even less in management. Work life balance can be bad. Billing hours to clients is prioritized over employee wellbeing.
