Strange lack of communication

Pros

Laid back environment, and youthful energy. You may walk into the office and see a PS3 with a flat screen TV and a couch.

Cons

Potentially too laid back. They seem to be open and laid back but still had expectations that are not communicated with new employees. I was forced to resign the position after just a week because of the lack of communication.
