Pros

You get to work with startups which is fun and exciting. You get to have an impact. Work schedule is relatively flexible. Benefits are relatively good.

Cons

Leadership does not value employees. Especially those working on the accelerators. It is impossible to grow within the company and we are all underpaid for the role which carries with it a huge amount of responsibility and very long hours. Feedback is not taken seriously and you are reprimanded for speaking up.
