Pros

Incredible mission, fast-paced and lots of opportunity for growth. Overall really great and extremely talented people across the company. Tons of global exposure and interaction with employees and entrepreneurial communities across the globe.

Cons

It's a fully distributed team across a ton of time zones which can lead to challenges with communications and sometimes too many channels/tools to get work done.

Cons

Majority of company does remote work so it can be a tiny bit lonely

At Techstars I've done the most meaningful and most challenging work of my career. We are building something special and I feel privileged to be a part of it.

Cons

The workload is endless as there is always the next startup to help and the next founder who needs support. Can be challenging to figure out the work/life balance.
