Permanent war UK/Germany 4. all work is manual and you get frustrated, feeling unproductive. Still, to compensate for the lack of resources, the company expects that employees to live to work 5. No work/life balance because there’s no life outside TTi 6. You'll be bullied until you are unable to keep yourself healthy 7. HR is not independent so if you go to them they will only try to find the cheapest way to sack you It's so not worth it – I wasn’t warned but you were, don’t put your health at risk for any money.
