      Pros

      This company is planning to undergo a merger with a much bigger company. The international scope is increasing from primarily American to American and African. The corporate office(s) culture is aspirational, very good at branding. There are alot of very ambitous people who work there.

      Cons

      The corporate culture is focused on "Sustainability" as an aspirational goal that sort of evades the practical concerns at the operational level. "Sustainability" is a sort of general catchall term. Anyone can adopt it, and it can be used to to justify or explain away poorly supported or rash decisions. The culture is very "salesy" in that there is alot of overpromising and underdelivering.
