Good company to work at if you're in the right group

Pros

Company pays for all benefits. Only taxes comes out of check.

Cons

Interpersonal relationships with co-workers. Co-workers can be difficult to work with. Management not good at conflict resolution. Will rather lose great talent than transfer employees that cannot work together.
